Pricing questions
What counts as an investigator seat?
Anyone who runs investigations, edits findings, manages CAPAs, or administers the workspace. People who only report incidents or hazards are capture seats — free, unlimited, forever.
What is the Launch Package?
A one-time onboarding — setup, site and org configuration, a 90-minute remote team training, and your first real incident investigated together — so you are live inside two weeks. It is $500, not a slideshow.
How does the annual license work?
Investigator seats are licensed annually in bands: Starter covers up to 3 seats ($1,500/yr), Team covers up to 10 ($4,000/yr). Frontline capture seats are always free and unlimited. Quarterly prepay adds 10%.
Is my data used to train AI models?
No. Your incident data is yours, is never used to train models, and can be exported or deleted on request.
Do you have SOC 2?
SOC 2 Type II in progress. Enterprise plans include DPA and security-review support today.
